I would first check to see if it may be a Sierra Blue car. 1969 Mustangs with blank color codes built in San Jose could have been part of the rainbow of colors promotion in 68/69. The only blue I know of from that promo was Sierra Blue. It also could have been a completely one-off color, but I would start by researching the color code for Sierra Blue.

Hi I have a 69 Mustang convertable with a blank paint code. The color is not pink but i thought you may be able to help with special paont cars. When looking at back of headlight buckets, under top well area, behind rear seat the color is a dark blue like Presidental blue or Nightmist blue The DSO is a six digets 722453 I know the 72 is San Jose plant manufacture Is the #2453 special order number a color code. This cat is also ordered with Black Deluxe int and Air conditioner. I will go and look at a 67 coup that is pink in a nearby town to see what it is. A coworkers brother has it. Thanks for your help Lyle Cigler Bozeman
